ToothLog is a dental record application created by a licensed dental technician. Our contact email is hello@toothlog.com.

What data we collect

ToothLog is designed to collect as little data as possible.

Data stored on your device only:

• Denture photos you take or register within the app
• Denture names and records you enter

Data collected for subscription billing (via Apple):

• Email address (your Apple ID, managed by Apple)
• Payment information (processed by Apple — we never see your card details)

We do not collect your name, location, date of birth, or any other personal information beyond what is listed above.

How your data is stored

All denture records — photos and names — are stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device. It is not uploaded to our servers, not stored in the cloud, and not accessible to us.

This is a deliberate architectural choice, not just a policy promise. We physically cannot access your denture records.

Third-party services

ToothLog uses the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store — for subscription billing. Apple's privacy policy applies to payment data: apple.com/privacy

We do not use advertising networks, analytics platforms, or any tracking tools.

ToothLog does not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with any third party for any commercial purpose — now or ever. The only exception is Apple, which processes payment data under their own privacy policy.

Data retention

Your denture records exist only on your device. If you delete the app, your records are deleted with it. Billing information is managed by Apple and subject to Apple's data retention policies.

Children's privacy

ToothLog is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hello@toothlog.com.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you (email address only)
• Request deletion of your account and associated billing data
• Withdraw consent at any time by cancelling your subscription
