By accessing or using DentureTag by ToothLog ("the App", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
DentureTag is a personal and family denture record application that lets users save denture photos and names, and keep their own records for reference. DentureTag is a personal and family record-keeping tool only. It is not a diagnostic tool, clinical software, or medical device of any kind.
DentureTag requires a subscription to use. Subscription plans are available on a monthly or yearly basis, with a 3-day free trial. Subscriptions are managed through Apple and governed by Apple's terms.
All payments and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies. We are unable to process refunds directly.
DentureTag does not provide medical or dental advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Content within the app is for personal and family record-keeping purposes only.
Always seek the advice of a qualified dental or medical professional regarding any dental health concerns.
Never disregard professional dental advice or delay seeking treatment based on information recorded in DentureTag.
In the event of a dental emergency, contact a licensed dentist or emergency services immediately. DentureTag is not designed to be used in emergencies.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of DentureTag shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
